I dont know how they are not a five star across the board. We have a triple threat. Steep drive ( so steep it used to be on the critical steep topo map, since changed for some reason). Dead battery so no breaks. Parked a few inches next to a concrete wall on a small space . I guess more than triple because it had to be jack knifed out and was a f350 so huge. They had it out in less than 15 minutes and I am not kidding we really lost a whole night's sleep thinking we were out of luck. Nice tow truck and really, my reviews are only for outstanding experiences and this is top of the list.

Highly recommend! After an accident, Bill quickly made it to my location. He took the time, before and after loading my vehicle, to make sure I was okay and made a crummy situation that more manageable. He made the process stress free and easy. It is becoming more difficult in today's world to come across people who genuinely care about others and aren't too caught up in the hustle and bustle of life.
