Florist quickly informed the flowers requested were not available and offered to replace with something similar. The results were beautiful and my daughter stated this was the most beautiful bouquet she had ever received ! We will be working with Williams Flowers in the future.

I was trying to get flowers delivered to my daughter in Tacoma Washington. Who had just arrived and with new husband and a new baby on the way. I wanted to send those to her for her first Mother’s Day. This wonderful florist created a beautiful book of flowers for her and was very helpful in creating it as I was in tears most of the time talking to her. I had a little issue with the payment. And I was worried a little bit. I called back and asked if she would try to run my card through again. And she did it successfully. So the order was placed with time to deliver by Mother’s Day .💕 The driver that delivered the flowers called me, trying to deliver The bouquet. She couldn’t find the apartment. And that’s because I didn’t remember to give her the apartment number. But a quick call to my daughter and I got the apartment number and she quickly deliver them at her doorstep. This is a true personal florist Who was determined to satisfy my needs. Thank you and I will definitely use this company many times. Delivery expected September. and it’s going to be very special!
