This was my 3rd salon and 5th attempt of getting my hair where I can at least somewhat like it. Sophie made my hair way better than I could have imagined and she is so patient and humble. I am excited to have found a trusting place. My hair kept getting ruined and damaged and was so ugly I was crying and on the verge of shaving my head. The day I left the salon, I got SO many compliments and held back tears of joy. I can't express my thankfulness.Services: Haircut

I am so happy to have found Sophia! For years I’ve had nothing but terrible cuts, service, and no education from other local people. The way Sophia provided so much understanding, compassion, communication and education has completely changed my perspective. She gave me so much insight, and awareness while also giving me a solid game plan AND teaching me how to work with my hair, the styling I can do for more personal confidence and long term how to heal the trauma. Am newer to the Lacey area and after 2 unpleasant experiences I found Sophia. We started with an enlightening consultation where learned Sofia is frequently taking classes to learn new ways of doing her craft. After my unpleasant experiences I thought I was going bald. Sophia assured me that wasn’t the case. We agreed on a style that fit my personality and haven’t looked back. My hair is full again and easy to manage. Love how Sofia cuts my bangs.
