I can't express how grateful and appreciative I am for the help I received today. I was frazzled and stressed out as Verizon was completely unhelpful and gave me the run around. The only positive suggestion I got was to go The Phone Guys. Bryan went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was honestly the best customer service I have experienced in years. Today was very stressful, however you made my day so much better by getting me an affordable phone and connected right away. We are very happy with our experience at the Phone Guys. We went for help with charging issues on an iPad. They checked our device and explained our options to solve the problem with a solution that fit our needs and our budget. Highly recommend these guys and especially Alex. They are now our ‘go to’ place for help with our electronic devices.
