Would be a 5, but all the healthy workers taking ALL the parking spots surrounding the handicap spots. There are more than 10 handicapped patients there at a time. Watching these handicapped patients struggle to get inside because these healthy workers fast walk 20 ft into the building is a joke. It's just a job to them. They don't care about the patients. Just care about parking as close as they can. And to the few workers who park at the end, YOU ARE ANGELS!
Unfortunately these people do not return phone calls as I am almost out of meds. In connecting with someone, I was asked about my authorization. He stated since I was seen in January, I was good for this year. I told him assuming was not acceptable as I do not want to pay for my appointment. The VA does not work on a calender year. He forwarded me to the scheduler at the Dr's office where I had to leave yet another message. What are the odds the will call back?
These kind people truly care... and take great care of their patients. I've been going here for 9 years for my iron infusions for my anemia. I couldn't hope for a better staff. They truly know what they're doing.
