About Providence Lacey Family Medicine

Providence Lacey Family Medicine is a very clean and nice facility. The staff is friendly, attentive, and treats patients very well. Doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, very friendly, compassionate, professional, and caring. They take time to listen, address issues, and answer questions, making patients feel comfortable and understood. The urgent care department is excellent. However, the medical billing process has been described as utterly incompetent, with significant delays in receiving bills.

I’ve been here a few times as well as my mother. English is not my first language and I'm always concerned about not being understood specifically when you have health issues. The staff was always friendly, and attentive. Doctors and nurses were knowledgeable, very friendly engaged, and compassionate! The team treats me very well. I appreciated their efforts. They answered any questions. Much love to the crew here everyone made me feel comfortable! ?♥️

Aside from the wonderful care I receive from my primary doctor (Dr. Maude Gibbs) the urgent care department is excellent! I was seen by Dr. Hanna and she was caring and extremely professional! She took the time to listen and address my issues. Thnk you so much!

No one wants to go to Urgent Care. Ever. But, sometimes it's just necessary. This is a health facility that is well organized, efficient and friendly. Most of the time you can walk in, but when things get too crowded, they require an appointment. It's always good to call before you leave the house. All the ARNPs, Doctors and Nurses have been attentive, skilled, timely and professional. ( I've only had ONE Dr not listen, not care and not treat me for a reoccurring condition). The front desk personnel does an excellent job with sometimes difficult circumstances. The seating leaves a lot to be desired, so come alone, or limit the number of people you bring. If you DO end up needing to go to the hospital, they make it easier by contacting the facility and sending you with paperwork so you don't have to "begin again". It makes for a smooth transition and may save time. Know that only the Westside and Hawks Prairie facilities have ultrasound machines. :)
