Providence Lacey Family Medicine is a very clean and nice facility. The staff is friendly, attentive, and treats patients very well. Doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, very friendly, compassionate, professional, and caring. They take time to listen, address issues, and answer questions, making patients feel comfortable and understood. The urgent care department is excellent. However, the medical billing process has been described as utterly incompetent, with significant delays in receiving bills.
There's a very high demand for quality Women's health care currently. I feel especially fortunate to be seen and have my health care needs met attentatively and with great skill. Wonderful people providing excellent essential health care here.
I personally love all my providers through providence! I do wish they were more kid friendly (like Tacoma General) & when it was still Oly OBGYN, kids could come see the ultrasound and now providence claims it’s “not safe” which is ridiculous. Children deserve to be a part of bringing their siblings into the world!
I am so happy with the care I received from Dr. Ann Tran. I had lots of concerns to discuss and she handled each one with care and patience. When I was talking through an issue, I could see her processing and thinking about how to make things better for me. She gave me an actionable plan for how to manage my diagnoses and symptoms, and scheduled a follow-up visit with me to check in about the plan in 3 months. I have been looking for a doctor that listens and doesn’t brush off my concerns and have found that in Dr. Tran! Thank you!
