Communication problems throughout the process ,A year ago, Mark Higgins real estate agent did not disclose or share any necessary information the property is a drug house that is part of a drug seizure.

This appraiser failed to meet deadlines, which resulted in several extensions of closing. Put undue stress upon both the buyer and the seller. Failed to communicate with agents/lender when requests for updates on status of appraisal. Would recommend securing another vendor Tham this one

Do not use this appraiser. Very unprofessional, carries his emotions on his sleeve and has poor communication skills. He did an appraisal for us and the report was due in April 16, turned in late on April 30. He had an issue with the seller and let Me know in a phone call that he was going to make that stupid woman pay! He won! My clients with 3 babies were going to be homeless because they had been under contract since February and given notice to be moved into new home on May 5. Well George made it impossible to close on the house and seller had to walk. It was not professional work it was emotional. He really hurt a lot of people with his emotional baggage. Run!
