Went in to Lacey Indigo on Saturday 9/6 for a severe deep gash while preparing sausage for breakfast. Called and was received by a welcoming soothing voice to my pain by Destiny. By the time I arrived she had all my paperwork in order 10/10 upon intake. The provider, Barbie was professionally reassuring. She talked me through the process. Her expertise served to alleviate the anxiety and trauma my body just went through, 10/10. Kat, was courteous and professional as well, she brought my child and I a juice and made sure we felt cared for 10/10. Bri too, was kind caring and professional. Indigo, WOW! due to the fact that I was in a lot of pain I was highly impatient but the nurses kept me apprised as to when I would be seen and I was ,😀indeed seen by a nurse within 5 minutes past the appointment time that they mentioned would be open for them 2 prescribe the antibiotics for my infection i was suffering from. it was all very efficient and in a timely manner that rarely happens when you are coming to the walk in clinic worlds spontaneous drop by, urgent care of emergency needs scheduling, unfortunately...
