She's a beautiful Hispanic looking lady but does she ever know her stuff. Oh, did I say she could chat you up. She could sell me on anything. She has amazing advice on both Merle Norman cosmetics, skin care, and even wigs. This gal deserves a raise.......

Fantastic Service!!!! I've been a "Merle Girl" since I was 19, today at 50 nobody believes my age. I've been lucky enough to enjoy this Lacey location for many years and when I was out of state Madelin was always happy to ship to me. My favorite part of this business is the laughter I enjoy every I visit, as well as learning about any new products & trying fun new colors.
