Took my sister in for a haircut today. First time at this location. Sharon did a great job on my sister's hair. She asked questions about what we wanted and then double checked to be sure we were satisfied. Will be back! Also, watched the other hairdresser do a couple of school aged children. He also did an excellent job.
Never have had any problems. I use the online check in to avoid unnecessary waiting, and am usually in and out in less than 20 minutes. I have a simple haircut preference though so that makes it quicker and easier. The employees have also always been friendly and professional also.
If you’re looking for a stylist who actually listens, go to Great Clips in Hawk's Prairie. I’m very particular about how I want my hair cut, and Vanessa nails it every time. I’ve had some bad experiences at other places in the past, so finding this salon has been a total game-changer. I won’t go anywhere else.
