I found Firefly Lacey in November 2024. The classes are terrific, and I have began seeing improvement in strength and flexibility within a couple of weeks. This is a great place to learn with great teachers, especially Ronny. He is awesome.

The owner is very responsive and helped me get a gift card set up for a dear friend needing some zen time (without kids, work and cellphones). The classes seem to have hit the spot, too!

Joining Firefly Yoga was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The instructors are highly experienced and genuine. They do their best to ensure that their classes are safe and accessible to all. The teacher training they offer is stellar. It changed my life for the better and in ways I cannot begin to describe. On top of all that, after practicing yoga for about a year, my chronic lower back pain is no longer chronic but significantly minimal! I’m so grateful for Firefly Yoga ??
