Rene is adept at many massage modalities with intuitive hands, which, when coupled with her mind, training, and experience, she uses to give a excellent massage worthy of five stars. She has also developed her own tendon technique which was very good on my first time. It will take a few sessions for the full results to come in.
I enjoy the massage and information Rene gives. Nine years ago I injured my back and shoulder in a car accident and worked for 20 years at a desk. This has not been good to my muscles. With Rene's massage and suggested excerise It has greatly improved my quality of life and lowered my pain levels.
WOW - what a gem this is!! Got a same day appointment so I was kinda nervous about that, but wow - she is amazing!! She worked every part of my aching body and I left feeling amazing! And the next day, just as amazing!! I will definitely be going back. She also has a dry sauna that helps with relaxing you. And I got a 60 minute massage complete with back sugar scrub. Pure bliss!!
