From the moment we spoke it was a blessing. The personal connection and attention to detail. I greatly appreciated her explanation of my body and pain. Then I was given proper exercises to help build my muscles back up. The aromatherapy was so relaxing.
Rene is adept at many massage modalities with intuitive hands, which, when coupled with her mind, training, and experience, she uses to give a excellent massage worthy of five stars. She has also developed her own tendon technique which was very good on my first time. It will take a few sessions for the full results to come in.
I enjoy the massage and information Rene gives. Nine years ago I injured my back and shoulder in a car accident and worked for 20 years at a desk. This has not been good to my muscles. With Rene's massage and suggested excerise It has greatly improved my quality of life and lowered my pain levels.
