I was referred to Mountain View Pool & Spa through pure happenstance, and I'm VERY impressed and very happy to have received said referral! I used a "bio purge" chemical in my hot tub, nine months ago, and ever since, it has had a strong, plastic or petroleum-like smell that was off-putting enough to prevent me from using the hot tub. One thing our buyers insisted on was a fully functional hot tub. We'd never used ours. The inspector said everything was fine except the bubbler wasn't working. We were due to close in less than a week. Mountain View Pool and Spa was recommended by our local pool shop. When I called and explained the situation, Matt scheduled a visit in two days. He arrived on time, looked at the hot tub, reassured me that it was fixable, and fixed the problem almost immediately! Fantastic experience. I have worked with a few hot tub repair places and have gotten the run around and they often have slow response rates. I called Mountain View Pool and Spa and he was able to help me over the phone with the entire repair. Friendly and helpful. Earned my loyalty. I will be going here from now on.​
