Yuan Spa exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere is calming, and the staff is incredibly skilled and friendly. I indulged in a massage followed by a facial, and both were heavenly experiences. The attention to detail and personalized care made me feel like royalty.

The team is awesome and no matter what you do there, you will leave feeling relaxed and taken care of. Ally in particular is wonderful with customers and always makes great suggestions. Great spa experience!

I really love that a place like this is available at the heart of Bellevue. The sauna is nice and spacious as are the pools. I've had only good experiences with the massage therapists. However, the entire facility really needs a bit of an upgrade. The fan clangs while you're trying to relax in the spa pool. Now there's a weird in the world that you have to pay a 20% service charge on the parties of three or more. Considering that we all get different massage therapists and we would probably all be paying this anyway, requiring it seems to be a very strange addition. If we had all looked separately I guess we wouldn't have to pay the mandatory charge? It just doesn't make...read full review
