I had an amazing deep tissue massage with Julie today and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She used the perfect amount of pressure, was incredibly thorough, and really focused on the areas where I was carrying the most tension. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I’ll definitely be booking more appointments with Julie in the future! My mom had a similar experience with Araceli today. Thank you ladies.
Had a great experience before my fiance and I get married. We booked the hydrotherapy room for 1 hour (reasonable price) before our 1 hour deep tissue massage. Loved the atmosphere and good customer service. Our massagers were very respectful and had great pressure.
I had a facial appointment at the totem lake location. Front desk staff were friendly and nice. The place is very clean and has a very nice ambience...but the three star rating is for the pricing and what you get for your money...this place is so overpriced even compared to the other upscale, reputable salons/spas in the area....I honestly don't feel that the experience i had today was worth $185 for an hour long facial.
