My car broken and Randy and "Your Tow Company" were at fast and so polite! I loved how the owner, Randy, had his dog as his assistant! So cute! Overall, it was a reassuring situation when I was stressed out. I will tell all my family and friends are this company and be sure to use them in the future!
Found a referral from the Bothell facebook group, and I was able to have my Jeep towed within the hour. Communication was made via text regarding eta, and after dropping off at the service department, Randy let me know the details regarding that as well. Much appreciated, and would recommend!
Randy is my hero!! My friend and I hit a pothole on I-405 and our tire popped. I googled the nearest towing company and “Your Towing Company” came up first. Randy answered right away and within 15 minutes he was on the scene and putting the spare tire on. Thank you SO much Randy, you’re the best!
