Wow I should have come see Val sooner. His 1 hr is powerful, well worth the money and drive cuz I get immediate change that I haven't felt through other therapists! Sometimes I go for 1.5 hrs and that's even longer lasting muscle relief. I see Val for my ongoing TMJ, shoulders and cranial issues (concurrently seeing chiro/acupuncture/TMJ specialist). I was hesitant bc he was out of my network but this was worth it, bc his massage is effective.
