I walked into the Sephora in this same complex looking for the Urban Decay setting powder I'd always bought there. Come to find out, they don't stock it anymore.
So I called this Ulta while I walked over to see if they had any in stock.
The gentleman I spoke to told me that the system showed low stock, so he wanted to physically check for it before telling me they had it.

I can’t say enough good things about Marlaina M. at the Ulta Beauty Salon in Totem Lake. She has been amazing with my daughter, who has special needs. From the very first visit, Marlaina was upbeat, friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. She immediately put my daughter at ease and treated her with so much respect and warmth.
It’s rare to find someone who not only has the technical skills, but also the emotional intelligence to truly connect with people and meet them where they are. Marlaina goes above and beyond to make the experience positive and comfortable, and it means more to our family than I can put into words.
