Brittany at Ulta Kirkland (Totem Lake) is a color genius! She has been my go-to girl for my hair for nearly 4 years now, and we've done the hair color spectrum from blonde to red to magenta, blue, purple, teal, orange, you name it (I'm currently a beautiful, rich rose gold). She really knows her stuff! Brittany also does excellent cuts and styles, and is very consultative, working with you to get you where you want to be.Reminder for all current and future clients though - hair is often a PROCESS and a COST, so be realistic and be patient! This Ulta is great, the staff is always very kind. But for the love of god, they need to get some kind of signage in place that directs people on where they should be lining up for checkout.The amount of times people line up in the wrong places, and you get cut in line because there’s 3 different lines forming and nobody has any clue where they should be… it’s ridiculous. Zero direction provided and there’s really no obvious spacing to indicate the correct area.

Jessica is a very nice and professional who works at Ulta Beauty. She is very polite and friendly who makes you feel very comfortable when she is doing your laminate eyebrows. I highly recommend her for an eyebrow session.
