I came to Adam recently for a chronic hip/leg issue that other practitioners haven’t been effective in helping me make lasting improvements. Shiatsu isn’t my fave modality because it hurts when you really need it, but it was exactly what I needed to get my body open enough to make my self-care efforts more effective. And my last session was a lot less painful! Thanks Adam!

Adam is extremely knowledgeable. I’ve had back issues for years and not much has been able to give me any relief. That is until I found Adam and the River Stone Shiatsu Center!! Highly recommend giving this place a try for new or chronic injuries!
