I cannot recommend Chelsey and her business, Swan Perinatal Services & Family Massage, highly enough. Chelsey is AMAZING!! I began getting monthly massages from her during my 3rd pregnancy when I was dealing with pretty bad back and hip issues. I always felt so much better afterwards--even if I didn't mention it, Chelsey knew exactly which areas of my body were holding on to tension and needing work. I continued to see her during my postpartum time because the mental and physical effects of massage were so incredible for my overall wellbeing. Highly recommend!
Baby #2 feels harder on my body than I had expected, and thank goodness for Chelsey! It’s no surprise she’s booked out a few weeks, because she makes my body feel like I’m not in my 3rd trimester! She’s an amazing massage therapist that isn’t scared to put pressure on my body because of pregnancy, which is honestly hard to find. I highly recommend Chelsey, best decision to ease that hip and back pain you’re feeling.
