Patients have praised the doctors for their kindness, professionalism, and expertise, especially noting Dr. Strother’s caring nature and success in early skin cancer detection and treatment. However, some concerns have been raised about parking accessibility, as the designated accessible parking spots are often broken or not clearly marked, making it difficult for those with accessibility needs to find suitable parking. Despite this, the office remains highly valued for its attentive care and excellent service.
Love the dermatologists at this place. Highly recommend Dr Neill.. but the parking situation is terrible for patients with accessibility needs.
First the sign for the only accessibility parking spot close to the establishment was broken, then the painted sign for the accessibility parking was wiped out when they redid the parking lot.
I had to struggle through to get to my appointment after parking at a bit far away spot on the slope. If you need accessible parking you are mostly out of luck. Hence the 3 star!
I have panic-emailed Strother Derm a few times for my son and they have always gotten back to me ASAP with a phone call. If I miss the call, they call again. They have been able to get us in same day and they always take their time with us and make us feel very comfortable. I’ve seen four different Dr’s and they’ve all been absolutely incredible. I’ve always left with answers and a game plan. I definitely recommend their team!
I can't say enough great things about Dr. Strother. I've been going to this practice since before he bought it. He's kind, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his bedside manner so much. He caught my skin cancer early and successfully treated it. I will go to him until he retires. What an incredible doctor. I'm so grateful for him.
