I’ve had such a great experience with South Medical and Weight Loss. I first came here in 2023 after struggling for years to lose weight postpartum, and I came back again after my second pregnancy.

What I really love is that they focus on your overall health, not just the number on the scale. They’ve consistently monitored my labs, body composition, muscle mass, visceral fat, cholesterol, glucose, insulin, and so much more. Best decision ever to join the program. I gained significant weight during Covid and have been struggling to come back down. It’s good to feel healthy and confident again. Dr. Gill is knowledgeable and super supportive. Everyone at the clinic is so nice and kind. The program is well structured to focus on nutrition, exercise and creating good long term habits.
