I was referred to Nicole for some “tweaking” I wanted in my Pilates classes due to some joint issues.
I felt immediately comfortable with her as she asked me questions about what I wanted to work on.
While working on the reformer, she taught me a few techniques to fine tune my movements in the classes I attend.

Nicole is a wonderful teacher, listens to your individual needs and tailors an approach just for you. She is attentive to both capacity and form, watches for anything that may need an adjustment, and makes the suggestion with care and patience. She knows when you are ready to be challenged, and when you are needing to be supported. I highly recommend her for anyone needing hypermobile-specific or range-of-motion support, those interested in trying Pilates, or simply feeling seen and heard in the exercise spaces.

Nicole is not only fun to work with, but she is super knowledgeable about the human body and seems to have an endless array of exercises at her disposal to address any body part that needs increased flexibility or strength. Working with Nicole has helped me improve my core strength and I always walk away from a session with her feeling invigorated and healthy.
