I am an extremely active 64 year old with a history of skiing, running, water skiing, yoga, and CrossFit. Nicole is very knowledgeable with EDS and hypermobility and will happily adjust movements to work with you, not against you. If you're close to Bellingham and able to go visit Nicole, I encourage you to run, not walk. My weekly class was the highlight of my week. She brought me joy while helping with my...read full review
