A+ service. We have a system that is difficult to find people that are familiar with it. I found a guy a year ago that knew my system, however he is 2 hours away & just couldn’t get to us right away when we would have issues. I spent an afternoon looking up websites of septic companies closer & couldn’t believe when I came across Septic Response. I think I saw a picture on their website of the exact filter we have. I called on a Saturday & as I was leaving a voicemail, Anthony called me right back before I even finished my voicemail. A+++. Amazing customer service and communication. These poor guys! I called them after my original septic service, who I’ve used for 15+ years, wanted to charge me for a full pump to replace some baffles that were missing after they just pumped my tank five days before. (Total would have been $1800.)
I called Anthony not realizing just how far away they were from where I live. I explained the situation and he was surprised that this company would do that. I sent him photos as best as I could get. We arranged a day for someone to come take a look in person. They were able to install the baffles for me without pumping the tank at all. It had only been about 15 days...read full review
I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a septic tank pump replacement. Andrew took the time to ask detailed questions to diagnose the issue and made sure to bring the correct motor before coming to my home. His staff member (whose name I unfortunately forgot) was also very kind—he explained how the pump was fixed, recorded a video showing me how to clean the filter, and even sent it to me.
Their price was also a bit lower than the company I usually use. I had planned to have the tank cleaned as well, but the service guy honestly told me it wasn’t necessary this year. What company does that these days? Their honesty really stood out. I wouldn’t...read full review
