Wow what a treat coming today with my fiancé! We had a chaotic november and decided to do our first ever float! Overall the experience was state of the art, so much run, they offer additional lighting options, head pillows and aroma therapies in the water with extremely luxurious showers following the float all in room. Was extremely clean and the staff was so helpful. A few things I would recommend for every visit: -eat before hand! I didn’t realize doing the float on no food was such a distraction. I normally don’t struggle with fasting in the am (we did an 11am float) but your body becomes hyper aware so set yourself up for success ahead of time -I was so thankful for the staff advice to bring the waterproof light in and bring a towel for my eyes! I was able to put both on the shelf which offered me a lot of comfort as water can accidentally get on your face if you aren’t careful. -bring your own towels - I recommend 3- 1 body towel, 1 hair towel if you are a girl, and a small towel for your eyes to bring in your chamber - they do not offer towel service at this time but have them available for purchase. -drink water before hand - don’t be afraid to leave the chamber open if being enclosed becomes too much until you get more used to it -they have really great membership options and prices! Overall we will definitely be visiting again and had such a wonderful time recharging before a busy work week :) we highly recommend! Was a really fun couples day
Great and welcoming experience
I heard about floating and wanted to experience it myself. I hear its great for your mental and physical well-being. I went yesterday and loved it! The studio: easy to find, there was free parking up to 2 hours, very clean facility. The staff: welcoming and helpful before and after. we talked about what I experienced and what the benefits are. The room: there is a shower with shampoo/body wash, bench and place to put your belongings. They provided individual packets of ear plugs, make up remover, ointment (for rash or scratches), lotion. Due to covid bring your own towels and water to drink post float. Experience: You shower before and after. You open the dome, get in and you float! It was very spacious. There is a small floating light if you don't want pitch black. I closed my eyes and relaxed. I think I was in there for 75 minutes instead of full 90. Last night was the best sleep I've had in awhile. I'll be back!
