I called Rez Construction when I came to know that one of my buildings has been several damaged due to the wind storm in November 2024. From the get go, they were very responsive, understood the situation, quickly engaged with the work. They coordinated with the insurance to get the ball rolling. They completed the work in under 3 months despite their busy schedule, especially given the amount of damage the building had. Due to their effort, we were able to quickly move the business tenants back in, leading to minimal disruption to the business.

We hired Rez construction to restore our kitchen after a water leak occurred damaging our kitchen and laundry room. Rez was extremely honest, open and professional about the project. He was transparent about the costs and the timeline to expect for project completion. We were happy about the quality of the work.

Reza did an outstanding job remodeling our clinic space in the heart Bellevue. The space was last updated circa 1990 and he transformed it into a beautiful modern clinic. He worked with our designer to redesign the space to better suit our needs. He guided through the building process. He was knowledgable of all city codes and regulations in regard to clinic spaces. He was very responsive to our questions and concerns. He and Nicki managed the project well and helped us find ways to keep to the budget.
