Jonathan and Platinum Choice did a great job! I've hired them several times previously and this time I needed them to install a new waterline between the street meter and house. Jonathan came out and provided an estimate and completed the work in a timely manner, including installation of a water shutoff valve, pressure regulator, and servicing the existing water heater tank. Jonathan and his team do excellent work. Highly recommended!
Jonathan installed an outdoor tankless water heater and a BBQ gas line for me. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He asked for my needs and found the right products for me within a couple of days. I find his pricing fair, and the job was well done. From quoting to completion of installation, it took less than 10 days. His communication was responsive and the installation was done in the promised time frame. I definitely will hire Platinum Choice Plumbing again.
Jonathan and Platinum Choice did an exceptional job. We asked them to come out to replace our tub and include new piping and they went above and beyond to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted.
Communication before, during, and post installation has been perfect, and they ensured to keep us in the loop on some key decisions along the way.
