She’s detail-oriented, meticulous about cleanliness, and just a pleasure to spend time with. She remembers the smallest details about you even after weeks between appointments. It’s impressive!! What really sets her apart is the personal touch: she takes before-and-after videos of every new client, so she remembers exactly who you are and can tailor each appointment to fit you as a returning customer. I’ve been seeing her for over a year now and she always makes it a point to respect your time too! Most salons treat you like just another booking — Sophia makes every visit feel personalized, every single time. At my first appointment, she spent over an hour on my eyebrows alone, making sure the shape and definition were exactly right. She uses specialized lighting and magnification to catch details you’d never notice on your own. I recommend her without hesitation. Five stars, well deserved. She is literally the BEST!
