Jesse and his partner (I'm so sorry, missed his name) were so professional and patient. They took the time to explain everything to me and did a fantastic job. Next level will be my go to from now on!
On time, did a great job inspecting & cleaning two chimneys, as well as providing clear information & education about their recommendations. Fast, professional & fair prices. Of 5 businesses I contacted they got the ball rolling the fastest with excellent communication. Can confidently recommend & will be a repeat customer.
These guys get high marks. They give you reasonable updates on upcoming appointments and notifications of impending arrival. They are knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, efficient, consciencious and good communicators. Minor dings: 1) heat-resistant tape should be in your standard van supplies. 2) I had to make minor adjustments to get the pellet stove into it's proper place so the access doors can open and close freely and no control wires were sticking out along the edges.
