Danny is amazing and knows garage doors inside and out. We were crippled with a broken spring that had been replaced by someone else only a few years ago. He was able to come right away and had all the parts needed in the truck. Not only did he know what to do but explained the contributing factors that made it fail earlier than it should have and what the other guy missed. As a result, we asked that he do his magic on the other garage doors. All of our doors are better than new now, much quieter and we are confident that they will last several more years.
Danny did a great job with a my less-than-ideal situation of an old, noisy door with worn parts, unsafe springs, and old chain motor with poor security but HOA wouldn't let me change the door (because I couldn't get a new door that looked exactly the same).
