60 min massage with NicoleThis was a great and relaxing, professional massage. I requested deep tissue for my lower back. I received medium pressure. She used hot stones as well, which seemed to help. There are no overhead bars, so no back walking here. She did not leverage the table, but did use elbows and forearms a lot. There also was no stretching of the legs, but there was some stretching of the arms. She was skilled in her technique and obviously has experience. She spoke good English, but was not talkative. Went here after I injured myself because my other massage therapist was booked for 2 weeks. Not exactly deep tissue, more like a relaxation massage. If you're looking for a relaxation massage then you'll be happy with this place.

I have been going to Kingsgate Spa for over two years on a regular basis. The first time by chance, it was Nicole who gave me the massage. Since then I always ask for her, because she has consistently worked with me to find the perfect combination of pressure and hand movements to alleviate my stress and discomfort. I always leave in a state of relaxation that lasts for hours, if not days. I have never gone to another masseuse since. She is knows what she is doing.
