Christy Rice has worked with me the last several years on my first rental property. She is incredibly experienced and knows/shares her expertise as any good mentor would (bonus for me). While she's worked with me to find good tenants (and quickly, I might add), she's also responsive with any questions I reach out to her about. Christy knows her field superbly, and I'm lucky to have run into her on my first try in this rental adventure.

Christy has been managing my properties for 10+ years. She acts as if she was 'me', really caring about my property and ensuring that my needs (as the owner) are always looked after. Bringing on a new property and as we as removing one is seamless. The minor fees paid for support is worth every penny.
