We are thrilled with the finished upstairs remodel. It was delivered on schedule and within budget. Jorge, our project manager, made it all possible. He invested long hours, detail and hard work into creating a beautiful and memorable space for our family. He is meticulous and has a good eye for quality craftsmanship.The plumbing, electrical and tile subcontractors were also delightful and did excellent work. Also, the kitchen & bath designer and office administrator were terrific.One word of caution if you're considering getting work done with Innovative Kitchen & Bath, make sure you clearly define what substantial project completion means. I am very happy with how the laundry room and bathroom turned out. Angela, Shannon and Nazario are both super responsive and did great job with planning. Nazario visited twice to double check all the measurement, I am impressed with his dedication. It is a long process but definitely worth the wait. The whole remodel went smooth and Jorge is such a pleasant to work with!! He really impressed me with his customer obsession. He is very detail oriented and his work is beautifully executed. I have been working with many contractors and Jorge is the best so far. By the end of the project, I feel very comfortable listening to his suggestions. Every remodel there is surprise, but Jorge was able to resolve the issues super fast, even that means he needs to spend more time in it. He has a very high bar of the work quality, so any subcontractor's work which can meet his bar, is good to me, he has my trust 100%.
Our master evolved from 1990 pink tile to the spa- like escape we envisioned. We were guided by our personal design consultant Marci to create the look we wanted and that design was fulfilled by our project manager Randy and his team. We couldn't be happier.
