Called to have two slow leaking pipes repaired. Jay was able to come out the next day and give me a quote and complete the repair then and there. His price was in line with what I guesstimated the cost to repair would be and he didn't try to upsell. I called another company out and they wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount and kept finding new problems I didn't have. I will absolutely call Jay again for any future plumbing needs.

Jay saved me THOUSANDS by removing a stuck cartridge ring despite multiple “plumbers” charging me >$500 to tell me that the ring cannot be removed and that I would need to find multiple contractors to penetrate the exterior wall and remove the valve/cartridge ring from the back of the shower.
Jay saved me from a disaster that I created trying to remove a bathtub spout. I scored the outside of the copper pipe severely to the point it couldn't be used. There was only 1 inch salvageable extending from the tub wall that was undamaged for him to solder on an extension. He used heat blocking putty on the tub wall to protect it while soldering on the extension. Then he soldered on a threaded nipple and installed the spout I ordered and finished by sealing it with tub and tile caulking. Very nice job. It saved me from needing to open up the back drywall to make the repair. Thank you. I highly recommend!
