Bruce came and persisted to resolve a difficult issue with my wood stove that was not drawing properly. He did a beautiful job that involved time and effort. I really appreciated how he handled everything and left it spotless. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Emerald City Chimney just rebuilt our chimney from the roof up and did a wonderful job. They were quick to have someone out to give a quote, great with scheduling and getting us on the calendar quickly because we were leaking. The crew was kind, friendly, and professional while they were on site. They were wonderful about answering emails with my questions. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend them!
