Our family has had an outstanding experience with Heidi Kodeski, PT and owner of Elite Performance and Therapy in Kirkland. She is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares for each of us, including guiding my son through rehab after his ankle surgery. What really sets her apart is her expertise and how hands-on she is—she does not rely on assistants in her PT practice.

Every session is tailored to the unique situation of the patient. I was referred to Heidi's practice by Dr. Trumble after a major shoulder reconstruction surgery on January 11th, 2022. She guided me through months of physical therapy and rehabilitation, educating me throughout the entire process, and providing the highest level of care.Heidi set me up with the skills and knowledge to work on my injury at home, alongside the sessions at her clinic.
