“Kirkland Premier Dentistry has amazing customer service! In particular, Ishi was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and empathetic when I came in over the weekend after chipping my tooth.<br><br>I chipped my tooth on a Saturday when my regular dentist’s office was closed. I had also just started a new insurance plan that month, so I wasn’t sure what would be covered or whether my insurance would be accepted at Kirkland Premier Dentistry. They explained that I could pay out of pocket and have the bill submitted to my insurance when the office opened Monday, with reimbursement afterward. Because I wasn’t comfortable moving forward without knowing whether my insurance would cover the treatment, I ultimately left that Saturday having only had the exam.<br><br>When my regular dentist’s office opened on Monday, they were able to treat me there since they were the office that had originally made my retainers. Kirkland Premier Dentistry was more than happy to forward my X-rays to my regular office so I could get the treatment I needed.<br><br>I know I was in a somewhat difficult and confusing situation, but everyone at Kirkland Premier Dentistry made every effort to accommodate me, help me understand my options, and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. Although my interaction with the doctor was brief since I only had the exam, Sheena was also wonderful and very communicative throughout the process.<br><br>But especially Ishi was amazing!! She was incredibly understanding, empathetic, and patient with my situation, and I really appreciated how much she went out of her way to help me.<br><br>I’m genuinely impressed with this office and so grateful for the kindness and customer service I received. Highly recommend!”
