So I would like to start out by saying that Lincoln financial doesn’t seem like a place that cares about its clients. I have called 3 different times trying to get my leave benefits reinstated. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t seen anything in my account from them I had to turn in the forms they needed 3 times and I still haven’t gotten a dime from my benefits through them when I had expressed to them that I needed these leave benefits reinstated or else my fiance and I will be evicted so from my understanding they don’t follow up with you and don’t take the process seriously
