the massage was 8/10 but I gave them $100 for a $70 massage and they yelled at me for asking for $10 back. $20 is nearly a 30% tip. Im in sales I dont mind haggling but not after a massage. 28% is a great tip and they didnt need to ruin the vibe to try and press me for $10. will not go back.
I had such a beautiful therapeutic massage at Aroma, and I left feeling relaxed. I’ve had to lower my review since the first time however because unfortunately the next time I went, I was pressured at the counter to give a higher tip - despite giving slightly higher than 20%, the masseuse was not happy(I paid $85 for $70 massage). I would expect 20% is a good tip for good service but the reviews here seem to be true that they expect a higher tip and will let you know they are not happy with what you offer. A shame because the massage is good but I left feeling disappointed. I previously left 5 stars but I’m lowering to 4.
Very professional environment and women friendly . All of them do an amazing job and very hard working . I have been going to this place and have never been disappointed . Highly recommend .
