We have a small Chi that need anal expression monthly. She's not the friendliest old dog -lol- but the staff at Tender Touch is great, nice calm environment, and our little one had no problems, everything was great.

My experience with Tender Touch has been excellent!
I would consider myself an anxious pet parent, and these guys were so kind and understanding with all of my questions and concerns.
They were able to get me in swiftly when my cat was having some health concerns. Even though I was a brand new client, they got us in quickly and got the ball rolling on care right away.
They were so informative and really took the time to explain my pet’s care plan, procedure, and everything I would need to expect.
At pickup, the vet showed me a sweet photo they took of my cat while she was with them and it really made me feel like they genuinely cared about my furbaby!
