Dave completely lived up to his name! He was AWESOME! He made a stressful experience (buying a log home) so much easier. He was very pleasant to work with, super knowledgeable, and very informative. We will definitely use him again and absolutely highly recommend him to everyone. I work in real estate and he is the best inspector I have ever worked with!

David was very knowledgeable about home construction. He checked every detail about the house, even climbing into a very cramped crawlspace. He explained everything very clearly and wrote a very comprehensive report. I feel much better about the condition of the house after getting his report.
