I booked my first appointment with the salon after my sister highly recommended their services to me. My appointment was with Alyssa and her assistant Lauren. Both were incredibly attentive, professional, and fun! All through out, I was so impressed by Alyssa’s keen senses and knowledge of my hair that later on the three of us happily rejoiced over how talking to hair is her superpower, aka the hair whisperer. LOVE the feel and look of my new haircut, enjoyed my experience in the salon, and left knowing my needs were listened to and honored by a great team. I will be back!Service: Haircut

I had the most amazing experience at William James the environment of the salon was so cute and super invite but what really made my experience amazing was my stylist Hannah she took the time to understand what I was looking for and help me achieve it. She also took her time in explaining what she was doing on my hair and some of the science behind the products she used. I really appreciated this over other stylists I see because it felt like I wasn’t getting sold into products that just don’t work. Male, curly hair. During Covid I just let me hair grow from a tight cut cause why not. About 1+ year later I was referred to Stacey at William James to get a cut and style. So glad I did. She listened to my feedback of what I liked and didn’t like in order to keep it long. I shared pictures of styles I’d seen. Stacey commented on what would work and not work with my specific hair. Loved the cut but most of all she went the EXTRA mile to step me through the products needed for my curly hair and how to dry and style in detail as well!Services: Hairstyling
