I felt Ruslan was honest and fair in assessing our situation and providing quotes for a few different reasonable options for our house. Greentop just installed a Midea heat pump for us and it is working great. They were able to locate the outdoor unit well and accommodate the layout of our house and yard, while other companies didn't propose a location that worked as well for us. Nice and quiet, we can barely hear the heat pump running. Very happy, five stars.
