We purchased a Portico Softub back in 2020. The delivery and initial setup was simple and easy. This year we bought a gazebo to make for all weather enjoyment. My wife and I drained the spa picked it up and put it up on the deck while I built the gazebo. (I'm 71) We both carried it back and set it up again. The care and treatment of the spa is easy, very low maintenance! The support from Evergreen Softub has always been great. I would recommend both Evergreen Softub as well as the Softub product. ASF
I recently purchased a Softub Brand Model 220 outdoor sauna from Evergreen Softub, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the spring time promotional pricing that made it an easy decision to buy, to the discounted shipping that saved me money, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. But what truly impressed me was the ease of shipment. Evergreen coordinated everything, and my new Softub was delivered right to my front door. No muss, no fuss, just pure convenience. As someone who has owned a SoftTub for many years, I was already familiar with the exceptional quality and durability of these saunas. But working with Evergreen Softub was a whole new level of fantastic. Their customer service was excellent, and they made the entire buying process enjoyable.
Our soft tub broke after a little over a year. I was told I needed to put in a dedicated 15 amp circuit which I did. It took them two weeks to get me a box to send the hot tub back, it’s been with him over a month and I’ve heard nothing despite calling twice. I did get one call back telling me they would need to check with her office in Gilbert from which there has been absolutely no follow up. I called again yesterday and was told I would be called back which also has not happened. Please be warned this company who has absolutely no customer service once you’ve spent $6000 on their hot tubs. Do yourself a favor and purchase a traditional hot tub that can be serviced locally I did hear from someone today, it took them a while but they are very good once you talk to them. Let’s now see if they send the hot tub back fixed.
