“Finally! I’ve been to many “clinics/spas” for various treatments, such as: facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, and electrolysis. Almost all places have a nice physical look, beverages in the waiting room, and they all use the same (or nearly same) equipment. So how to pick one place over the other? The people! Pick a place based on the people. Don’t ask about their equipment – meet the people. The people are the only real differentiating factor from one place to another.Always greeted on entry. I’ve only worked with Yana and she’s always very nice. Other places have treated me like cattle; Yana treated me like a real person. It’s not like she gives me balloons or something, she simply does not act like a robot executing a routine. The soft tone in her voice. It’s the little things. On the following day, I’m always asked how I feel and sometimes they ask for pictures.I was impressed on my very first visit, but did not immediately write a review in fear that I would become disappointed for some reason on a later visit. My first visit was in March and I just had my 5th appointment in October – so this is not my 1st impression, rather my 5th impression.I highly recommend Serenity Bliss to everyone.[P.S. No one has ever tried to hustle me a to buy bunch of products at the end of my sessions.]“

“Kelli is amazing. I have been going to her for laser hair removal and her laser is very effective and practically painless and reasonably priced. Bonus is she is so fun to talk to and makes me feel so comfortable. I always look forward to my appointments with her. I have been facing acne issues for few months now and Kelli never pushed any products/treatments on me rather gave me some samples to try and always gave helpful tips to cure acne. In my last visit I asked her if she can do a treatment on me and she squeezed some time to do a chemical peel. The peel was gentle and helped so much with my inflammatory acne. I absolutely love Kelli and trust her knowledge. 100% recommended.“
