Our 14 year old furnace stopped blowing hot air and with 2 toddlers in the house I was getting a little bit desperate. Enter Martin - he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a half hour. As he was fixing things he took the time to explain to me what he was doing, what all the pieces/parts did, and why they stopped working. Not only that, he had a very honest and up-front conversation about what systems we should consider replacing our furnace with when I asked. We will absolutely be coming back for any of our future needs, including installing our new Tesla charger.
