I am a new patient. I appreciate how they were very respectful of my previous bad experience with a difficult cleaning that caused pain, and because of that I haven’t been to a dentist in a few years. They explained everything well, I think I might have to spread some things out because the costs are a lot, in order to have insurance cover more of it. I liked all the people that I met especially Colleen, everyone was very professional and kind.

I had a deep cleaning today with Amy. She did an excellent job. The only pain that I felt was slight, when injecting the anesthetic. Amy was very gental, calming, and re- assuring. The hygenist at the last dental office, was very brutal, and I had pain.

I recently found Cooley Smiles and have been fond of it ever since. It had been a while, to say the least, of going to the dentist and I expressed some concerns and anxiety I had around my first return visit. The hygienist and doctor assured me that I would be in good hands and that they would take care of me, and they have. I actually have told my family and friends about this clinic. I love this clinic in Kenmore in particular because it is all women staff: the front desk receptionists, the hygienists, the doctors. All the women here are so wonderful, warm, welcoming and made me feel as comfortable as I could be, going to a dentist. They hygienists are very friendly... read full review
