I called Bothell Roofing to get an estimate for updating the waterproofing on a deck. Albert came out the next day and measured the site and we discussed the work. He told me that he would send an estimate the following day. After hearing nothing, I left a message with the receptionist a couple weeks later and Albert returned my call and said he would look into why I hadn't received the estimate. That was the last I heard from him, despite 3 more calls from me (leaving messages with receptionist as well as a call directly to Albert's cell number listed on their website) over a period of 4 more weeks and an email just requesting an update. tHad roof replaced about 7 years ago. Chose this roofer because my next door neighbor recommended him. Got 6 bids this one was in the middle. Roof is done quickly only problem is I had to speak to the supervisor because one of the workers was constanly complaining and swearing. We have skylights and they were removed so my wife and 3 children got to hear every grunt and sound in the house. Unfortunately, about 4 years later it starts to leak.Steve returned, repaired some areas that he said were done wrong (small things) and said the problem was fixed. But the roof continued to leak.
