Of all the days for our heat pump to stop working it was the hottest day of the summer. I called around 4 pm and they had a tech out at 8:30 am the next day. It is now working and they have a new customer for our bi yearly maintenance appointments. They were fast and affordable and I am very thankful for the great customer service provided.
We had the pleasure today of meeting with Ken to go over HVAC options for our home. He was very knowledgeable and his 17 years of experience was very apparent! Great representative for your company!
Had the guys from Twin City come out last winter when our old Traine all in one heat pump went out. Gave me my options on new units and some sound advice on repairs and maintenance. What I loved was I got zero pressure on buying new and no push back on fixing my old unit. The unit was new in 1994. Got a new fan, compressor and new coolant for an exceptionally reasonable price. They were in an out, professional and respectful.
