Wow! I've used many different companies in my years. I recently moved to the area and outof Oregon and found this company. I have never had someone get everything out of my carpets like this. My puppy had destroyed my carpet I thought but he got out the smell 100% and all the stains. On top of that the pricing is soooo good! What a blessing! I will be telling everyone about this company. We were in a bit of a situation and needed a same day carpet cleaning. We called many companies and no one would come out same day, understandably since it was short notice. We called this company and Adam was able to fit us into his busy day. In fact I think he worked after hours to help us out. He did us such a huge favor and did a great job on top of that. I’ve had my carpet cleaned by another company only a few months ago and they left a residue so bad that my carpet looked worse than it was before. I called Steamers and he came out within a couple days. Not only was the cost amazing but he was a super friendly and personable man. One thing I really liked is that even though I wasn’t happy with my last carpet cleaning company, he wasn’t negative about them and I really appreciate his attitude. Of course he also did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet. I think most all stains are gone including ones that the other guy didn’t get, and he made my carpet look like new.
